A person was tortured to death over domestic issue here on Monday. According to Police, Riyaz Ahmed S/o Allah Ditta was tortured by Mumtaz Ahmed and Muhammad Manzoor over domestic issue. He sustained serious injuries and died. The alleged persons fled from the spot. Police have registered a case and started investigation.
